Call to order by President Ron Trunkel.
Secretary’s report was read from December meeting. MMS to approve as read Todd, Paul.
Treasurer’s report was read from December meeting. $4,507.15 currently in checking. MMS to approve as read Todd, Roger.
· County meeting—Safety course in Loyal in January.
· Sign board—once snows, bill for them. Ron will talk to those he knows and whatever they want to donate is good. If new, charge more.
· Vintage show— Ron will take some advertising to Power Pac. Already submitted to AWSC and Wisconsin Snowmobile News and Travel Wisconsin. Ron will also talk to Wayne Gross when he comes back from Phoenix about the fairgrounds building. Won’t move bleachers. Vendors calling already. Will only offer to those that have to do with snowmobiling.
· Cheese gifts in next couple of weeks since there isn’t a lot else going on. Will wait until all landowner agreements are final so we have a complete count.
· Anybody know who has brush mower? This would be a good year to do some brushing. Check with Town of Levis or JJ Brush cutting. Denny will talk to JJ. Town of Sherwood, Ballard Road, Opelts all could use brushing. Roughly 6 miles. Also do railroad bed to T. Brad will talk to Neville about Town of Levis brusher. MMS Todd, Clint.

Meetings are held at 7:30pm & are located at the Brickyard Bar & Grill at 203W 7Th Street, Neillsville, WI 54456*
*A meal is provided at the close of the meeting, CASH bar only.
